The Dutch DJ Tiësto will be performing at several clubs in New York and Atlantic City on November 30th through December 3rd. His first show, at Pacha, is part of the 6-year anniversary celebration of the New York based club. The performance by Tiësto will also be recorded as part of his weekly Club Life radio show.  A day later he will perform at club Lavo, in New York City as well. Performances in Atlantic City at the Borgata Hotel follow on December 2nd and 3rd.

A fourth event, a show in Dallas on the 30th of December, is planned to take place in Dallas, Texas. Tiesto will be performing in the Dallas Convention Center.

Tiësto, a.k.a. Tijs Verwest, is a performer who has transcended musical genres to create a global ‘Tiësto’ brand. His achievements include a Grammy nomination, numerous MTV awards, performing at the opening ceremony of the 2004 Athens Olympic Games, and even a wax statue at Madame Tussauds. With over 7 million followers on Facebook and over 130 million hits on YouTube, Tiësto has truly become a universal phenomenon.

Tiësto also invested heavily in the visual aspect of his DJ sets including a mesmerizing exhibition of lasers, light shows and massive LED screens. “Throughout 2010 I concentrated all my energy on the Kaleidoscope World Tour. Along with the music, I created some of the best production to date, and it really felt like something special.”

The performance at Pacha follows a recently concluded tour in the US, in which the Dutchman visited several American colleges.
