Jiří Kylián, Forgotten memories (Don Kent, 2011 ), will be screend at Lincoln Center. Jiří Kylián, one of the greatest contemporary choreographers, and resident choreographer at Nederlands Dance Theater, uses the
creation and staging of a new piece as an introduction into his special world. For the premiere of the new work, Kylián returned to his native Prague, a city that has been a constant source of inspiration for him; the film also includes sequences from several of Kylián’s signature dance works, including Bella Figura and Petite Mort.
